At Earth Studio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email at earthstudioceramics@gmail.com to discuss your concerns.
Returns

We will accept product returns only If you received an incorrect or defective item, We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
Breakages

We understand that accidents happen. That's why we offer a 1-year replacement warranty on accidental breakages. If your Earth Studio product breaks within 1 year of purchase due to accidental damage, please contact us via email with a photo of the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper handling (refer to installation guide).
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you and notify you of the outcome. If we are satisfied that the product is incorrect or defective, we will send a full refund to your nominated bank account.
